Two Stage Oil-Free Rotary Screw Compressors

Our team has widened its range of oil-free rotary screw compressors by introducing the D37-D75 (RS) series.
The new model includes:

* Zero-stage oil-free Rotary screw compressors
* Nominal power range 37-75 kW
* Capacity of up to 12.7 M3/min
* Complements established 75 to 315 kW model range
* Variable speed models and fixed speed (RS) models
* Water and air cooling
* a variety of other alternatives

The range of models includes air-cooled as well as water-cooled models ranging from up to 75kW. that are available with fixed speed or variable speed (RS) that provide the ISO 8573-1 standard for Class 0 certified free of oil for the most crucial applications like food and beverage as well as pharmaceutical, textile, and electronic industries. The use of oil is not employed in the compression elements for sealing or to lubricate the rotors nor to cool directly the process of compression, thereby reducing cost-intensive downtime and the chance of contamination.

• The entire range of models now spans between 37 and 315kW, pressures ranging from 4-10 bar, and volume flows ranging from 5.1 to 51.8 millimeters/min, and is available in:
